Global Art Competition on Love, Compassion and Care
In 2013, the competition expanded to three categories: Fine Arts, Photography and Student Art (ages 13 – 17). The theme, “Create an image, with respect for all cultures and religions that speaks to the impact of life sciences for present and future generations. ~ Illustrate Love, Compassion and Care”, is a combination of Articles 12 and 18 of the Universal Declaration of Bioethics and Human Rights. Five works in each of the three categories were selected by judges in the fields of art and bioethics. The 15 works include a Best in Show for each category. Exhibitions are slated for Hong Kong, New York, Rome, Mexico City and Houston in 2013 and 2014.
